Although the PC Plus SuperCD is thoroughly tested on a variety of machines to ensure that everything works, there are times when a program may have some problems on other systems.
When this happens, we try to sort it out as fast as possible. This section has the fixes for common problems from recent disks and also has a link at the end to the new program for Technical Support on the Super CD.
If you are using Windows 3.x, then it seems that the installation does not check the dates of WIN32S files and overwrites more recent versions. The solution is to reinstall the latest WIN32s files from the PC Plus SuperCD.
The tutorial files for this series from Issues 98 to 101 of PC Plus should have been included together with the tutorial. They were however omitted. You can install them from here now.
The Delphi VXL (RX) Library 2.31 which was supposed to be included was omitted. It was included on issue 130, but has been included here too. Click here to read the description and here to open the zip file containing the component (NB. You must have a zip utility associated with zip files for this to work).
Future Publishing offers technical support for people having trouble installing programs from the Super CD. There are various things you must have ready before the staff will be able to help you. You must use the special program designed to help you organise the information needed that we have included on the CD.
